Each system is given its own QR code, which operators and service technicians can use to access technical documentation, circuit diagrams, maintenance logs and operating instructions at any time - digitally, up-to-date and without the need to search.
Precise documentation of service calls
Service visits are recorded directly in the tool. This significantly simplifies communication between the customer and the service department, service reports are immediately available and tracking remains transparent.
